Hengshun Chinkiang Vinegar 500ml
Hengshun Chinkiang Vinegar is made from high quality glutinous rice as the main raw material. It is made by solid fermentation method. It has the characteristics of "sour but not astringent, fragrant but slightly sweet, colourful and fresh, the more it is stored, the more fragrant it becomes". Hengshun Chinkiang Vinegar is an acidic condiment. It is used in cold dishes and cooking. It can not only remove the fishy and greasy, but also protect the nutrients in the food from being damaged, adding "colour, aroma and taste" to the dishes.
Since Hengshun Vinegar won the gold medal in 1909, it has won the national and international gold medal five times, and it is the only one among the vinegar family in China.
