Chih Shang Taiwan Premium Rice 2kg

Traditionally grown Taiwan rice. Great Taiwan cooking requires great Taiwan rice, and this 2kg bag of Taiwan premium rice is more than ready for the challenge. Cultivated in Italy, this rice is a new variety of Taiwan premium rice, produced under the watchful eye of Taiwan premium rice-growing professionals with traditional growing methods. A fluffy, slightly sticky rice perfect for using every day as a side dish to a Taiwan meal, or for moulding into sushi and onigiri rice balls.

How to use

1. Steam Rice: Add 1 2/3 cup of water with 1 cup of Rice and cook in a steamer or rice cooker for 20 to 30 minutes

2. Cook Rice: Mix 2 cups of Rice and 3 cups of rice, add 5 1/2 cups of water, steam and enjoy

3. Porridge: 1 cup of Rice; add 10 cups of water; then steam it and enjoy
