Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce 397g
Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce is a savoury-sweet sauce made from selected spices and ground soybeans. Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce is used as a dressing in crispy aromatic duck and stir-fries. Commonly found in Asian food. Great for stir-fries, as a dip and as a marinade for ribs and roasts.
Use Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce for STICKY HOISIN SPARERIBS (Serves 2): Marinate 500g spareribs for 15 mins in 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200 degree / Gas 6. Brush with a further 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoi Sin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
