Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce is a great marinade for any kinds of meat and ribs for barbecue, roasts and oven baked dishes. The taste is a proven all-time favourite of children and families.
For the best Chinese BBQ, to serve four people marinade 500g of pork for 2 hours or more in 5tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce. Roast in the oven at 180 C until the centre reaches 75 C or quick cook on a searingly hot BBQ. For a sticky golden glaze, brush with honey during the last few minutes of cooking.
