Malaysia traditional herbal soup (BA KUT THE) & convenience to cook 60g pack.
Ingredients :
Astragalus, Polygonatum Odoratum, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Codonopsis Pilosula, Cinnamomum Cassia, Angelica Sinensis, Illicium Verum, Piper Nigrum, Eugenia Caryophyllata.
Preparation:
Ready to use for bak kut teh
2 kg meats, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of black soy sauce, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, 10 bowls of water and one packet of A1 Herbal Soup. Cooking Instruction: 1) Rinse meat. 2) Pour 10 bowls of water (3 liters) to boil, then put in A1 Herbal Soup. Use medium temperature to cook for 1/2 hours 3) Add pepper before serving.
