How to use

1. The cut vegetables (Broccoli, mushrooms, celery, edible fungus, potatoes, lotus root, cabbage, aubergine) boil to half-cooked, take up and set aside.

2. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat follow by adding a packet of spicy sauce and stir fry for 15-30 seconds over medium heat to bring out the flavour of the sauce. After which, add the vegetables prepared in step 1 and stir-fry until it is tender and crisp.

Tip: You can substitute your favourite vegetables or other meat in this recipe.
