Royal Iceland Tobiko Seasoned Flying Fish Roe.
Tobiko is the Japanese word for flying fish roe. It is used to garnish many different types of sushi. Tobiko often used as an ingredient in California rolls.

Cooking Instructions:
Tobiko is often used as a finishing touch and garnish to give sushi rolls or nigiri some additional “pop” of texture and flavour. It can also be mixed with a light cream for the delicious Tobiko sauce. -
