- Sempio wheat noodles with green tea are thin & square noodles made from wheat flour and green tea powder from Jeju Island.

- Sempio wheat noodles with green tea are kneaded by hand and matured for 16 hours to ensure a pleasingly chewy texture. They are dried via the hot air convection drying method, very similar to a natural drying environment, ensuring that the green tea noodles are evenly dried. Drying the noodles in this fashion means that our wheat noodles with green tea do not easily get mushy or soggy.
