Shallot Oil Flavoured Noodle (葱油拌面, Cong You Ban Mian) are one of the most famous of Chinese street foods. The freshly boiled thin noodles are served in a savoury and shallot oil secret sauce. Simply stir everything together with a pair of chopsticks to coat the noodles with a bit of everything and slurp! The shallot oil sauce will shock your taste buds, leaving you craving for more.

How to use

1. Remove packaging and add noodle into 2 litres of boiling water, boil for 5-6 minutes.

2. Drain the noodle, put noodle in a bowl, add all the sachets according to taste.

3. Mix well and ready to serve.
