Chuanlaohui Hot Broad Bean Paste 500g
Chuanlaohui hot Broad Bean Paste is a hot and savoury Chinese bean paste made from fermented broad beans, chilli peppers, soybeans, salt, oil and flour. Board bean paste is characteristically used in Sichuan cuisine, and has been called "the soul of Sichuan cuisine." It is key for lots of Sichuan dishes such as Mapo tofu, kung pao chicken and Hot pot.
